Standard equipment
Windor 10 is a new window frame machining centre ideal for small companies. It is designed to trim components to length, machine tenons, cut mouldings with recovery of glazing bead, and rebate.
Automatic splinter control with 6 positions to prevent splintering on all tenoning tools (Pic.2).
The operator position has been designed:
to provide a complete overview of the entire production cycle
to enable the operator to stay in the same position throughout machining
to provide easy access to all controls
to enable the machine to be positioned against walls and thus reduce the space occupied by the machine

Mechanical and electronic technology
CONTROL 10 S
PLC based control unit with built-in screen. It controls job sheet and schedule and enables data to be entered automatically from the office PC floppy disk.

Optional units
Automatic data input through floppy disk.
Lengthways tenoning stop controlled by

Frame holder carriage
