Hoffman MU2 Dovetail system
The Hoffman System is the perfect. answer for the jointing together of angled and buttjoints used in picture framing, kitchen cornices, glazing bars and carcassing.
This patented system designed and made by Hoffmann allows for joining and securing timber sections whilst still being able to work on the component parts whilst the glue is setting. A very simple principle is applied - the four machines in this range operate on the same principle. The machines rout dovetail slots into both profiles to be jointed. After the routing sequence has been completed the patented wedgelok key is inserted by hand into the pre-routed groove.
