The Casati Z2000 is a heavy duty zig zag stitcher that joins veneer sheets by means of thermoadhesive glue thread placed along the joining line. The thread is heated by electric resistance then zigzaged to join 2 pieces of veneer prior to pressing.
The machine has a rigid welded steel structure and all main functions are operated on the control panel (electronic adjustment of the temperature, stepless change of oscillation angular speed of heating device, pushbutton for manual breaking of the thread).
The motor start is automatic, when the operator inserts the veneer sheets to be joined.
Automatic breaking of the thread when new veneer sheets are inserted.
Stepless change of feeding speed from 10 m/min. to approx. 25 m/min. adjusted by a handwheel on the base of the machine.
Foot switch allows emergency stops
