SEMIAUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC Carcase Press for assembling solid wood cabinets, equipped with an Automatic Conveyor Belt & P.L.C. that coordinates the infeeding / outfeeding operations with the pressing
cycle of the Press.
Features:
- Motorised horizontal platform with 3 sets of VERTICAL pressing units, of 2 hydraulic cylinders on each one.
- Central Cross-Beam that moves sideways equipped with an electro-pneumatic locking system to fix it.
- With 2 sets of HORIZONTAL pressing units, of 2 hydraulic cylinders on each one.
- Motorised Conveyor Belt with photo-cells and coordinated with a P.L.C. for the automatic infeeding / outfeeding operations.
- Hydraulic motor-pump of H.P. 2, working pressure:
0 - 100 Kg./cm², and hydraulic circuit fifted with oil retaining valves for enabling cylinders to hold on the working pressure all the time.
