· Heavy duty four roller glue spreader
· Precise control of the glue film weight is achieved with a cam action adjustment mechanism between the rubber covered and precision ground chrome steel roller.
· Robust and functional glue spreader suitable for all water based adhesives
· Two ground and grooved rubber rollers are linked to a glue trough which allows fine adhesive control to either top, bottom or both rollers when gluing panels prior to pressing
· The spreading roller rubber outer layer is designing to allow a number of regrinds which considerably extends the working lift.
· Fully guarding and safety equipment to meet current CE. Standards.
· Safety switches to the front and rear mesh guards prevent operation of the machine if tampered with during the working cycle.
